A bit of background about how we started. For over 20 years the director Adam Maguire has worked in the New Zealand construction industry. He always has a passion for woodwork, art and fine craftsmanship and that all combined together when he started his apprenticeship straight out of school. Over the years he has worked for a number of exceptional building companies who really focused on quality and delivering the best project possible. Mostly based in residential new builds and revovations in NorthWest Auckland with some stunning commercial spaces in the central city. Eventually after years spent as forman and project manager it was time to form his own team to continue the ethos of quality builds under his own brand. Thus Maguire Building and Renovations was born in 2020.

We are currently based out of Helensville, NorthWest Auckland and specialise in New Builds, Renovations and Designed Outdoor Spaces. We have built a reputation for delivering projects to a high standard, on time and on budget. We are currently expanding our team to meet demand and look forward to bringing our expertise to your new future project.
