Building Inspections
We offer professional building inspections for both residential and commercial properties. If you are buying, selling or leasing a thorough building inspection can provide complete peace of mind and make sure there are no unexpected surprises. We provide a written detailed report of the property's condition including any significant building defects or problems such as rising damp, movement in the walls (cracking), safety hazards or a faulty roof.
